Origin Story.
Justin Tocci was doing very well at an aerospace fastener distribution company and as the company was completing its transition to the software system used by the new ownership, there was a heated meeting taking place. A coworker dragged him into the meeting and Justin quickly realized that the transition was being cancelled?! Almost a million dollars had been spent on this project and they were about to declare it a failure and schedule it for the following year. It was too much for him to handle and he couldn't help but speak up.
His bold contribution didn't go unnoticed. He received an award, a trophy and a bonus check for saving the project. Unfortunately, there were some that did not appreciate his contribution. He was immediately declared radioactive by the principles given charge of the project, as well as influential people in the IT department based in Britain.
As an IT person not wanted by the new owner's IT department he was fired just two months later. After seven years of dedicated service he was walked out the door one day with no severance. Days later he was replaced by a Chinese citizen on a Visa that the new manager had worked with at a previous job.
Justin then started Workflow Products and has been creating leverage for small and medium sized businesses ever since. Soon his older sons came of age and as they did they ramped up quickly. First programming, then implementing workflows, planning more profitable business processes and occassionally making a new breakthrough in software tools.
Today, all four of Justin's adult sons work full time in the business and work autonymously for their respective clients as important contributers to their clients success.
